Late Cancellation Policy

Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask our customers to notify at LEAST 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we ask for 30% of the scheduled services.

Fees will be payable by credit card, over the phone, on the third cancellation or trip made less than 24 hours in advance according to our records.


We do not charge clients cancellation fees the first two times they cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours in advance.


Your hairdresser or colorist will advise you of this policy following the first cancellation.

Some exceptions may apply, at the discretion of your hairstylist or colorist.
